CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY
Effective Date: 14 September 2026
Last Updated: 14 September 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the arrangements that apply when a participant cancels, requests to transfer their place, is unable to travel, or when a programme is cancelled, postponed or materially changed.
Because the programme includes international flights, accommodation, transport and third-party programme costs, certain costs may become committed or non-refundable before the programme begins.
Applicants, participants, parents, universities, employers and sponsors should read this policy carefully before making payment.
1. PROGRAMME
This policy applies to the October 2026 Constructionarium programme in Norfolk, United Kingdom, promoted and coordinated in Saudi Arabia by Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY.
Cohort 1
10–16 October 2026
Cohort 2
17–23 October 2026
The programme price is:
27,500 SAR PER STUDENT
2. APPLICATIONS DO NOT REQUIRE PAYMENT
Submitting an application or enquiry through the Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY website does not require online payment and does not automatically create a confirmed booking.
Following an application, our team will contact the applicant to discuss:
* Eligibility
* Cohort availability
* Funding arrangements
* Programme requirements
* Payment
* Next steps
A place is only confirmed once the participant has been formally accepted, the required payment conditions have been satisfied and confirmation has been issued by Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY.
3. CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
An applicant may withdraw their application at any time before making a payment without a cancellation charge.
If you no longer wish to participate, please notify us so that the place can be offered to another applicant.
4. CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT
Once payment has been received, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY may begin committing funds to third parties for:
* Flights
* Accommodation
* UK transport
* Constructionarium programme fees
* Equipment and PPE
* Administration
* Other programme arrangements
The amount that can be refunded will therefore depend upon when cancellation occurs and which costs have already become committed or non-refundable.
We will seek to deal with cancellation requests fairly and transparently.
5. CANCELLATION MORE THAN 21 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Where written cancellation is received more than 21 days before the participant's scheduled departure, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY will * refund amounts paid less:
* Any non-refundable flight costs
* Non-refundable accommodation costs
* Constructionarium fees already committed
* Other non-refundable third-party charges
* Any reasonable administrative costs already incurred
Where third-party bookings can be cancelled without charge, those amounts will not be deducted unnecessarily.
6. CANCELLATION 8–21 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Where cancellation is received between 8 and 21 days before departure, a refund will be calculated after deducting all costs already committed or incurred.
At this stage, a significant proportion of the programme cost may already have been committed to airlines, accommodation, Constructionarium and other suppliers.
As a result, the refundable amount may be substantially less than the original payment.
Where possible, we may instead offer a transfer or replacement participant in accordance with this policy.
7. CANCELLATION 7 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Where cancellation occurs 7 days or less before departure, the programme fee will normally be non-refundable, except where:
* A third-party supplier provides a refund to us;
* A suitable replacement participant can be accepted;
* Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY agrees otherwise in exceptional circumstances; or
* A refund is required under applicable law.
This is because most programme, flight, accommodation and operational costs are expected to have been committed by this stage.
8. FAILURE TO ATTEND
If a confirmed participant does not travel or fails to attend the programme without providing appropriate notice, the programme fee will normally be non-refundable.
This includes circumstances where the participant simply changes their mind or fails to arrive for their scheduled departure.
Any mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL AUTHORISATION
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have:
* A valid passport
* Any required UK visa or immigration permission
* Required travel documentation
* Any other authorisation necessary to travel
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY may provide reasonable administrative guidance but cannot guarantee that a visa, entry clearance or other travel permission will be issued.
If a participant cannot travel because required documentation was not obtained, any refund will be calculated after deducting costs already committed or which cannot reasonably be recovered.
Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete all required travel documentation as early as possible.
10. MEDICAL OR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If a participant is unable to travel because of a serious medical condition, family emergency or another exceptional circumstance, they should contact Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY immediately.
We may request reasonable supporting evidence.
Where appropriate, we will seek to identify the most practical solution, which may include:
* Transfer to another available cohort
* Replacement participant
* Credit toward a future programme
* Recovery of refundable supplier costs
* Partial refund
Each case will be considered according to its circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
Participants should maintain appropriate travel insurance where relevant.
11. TRANSFER TO THE OTHER OCTOBER COHORT
Where space remains available, a participant may request to transfer between:
10–16 October 2026
and
17–23 October 2026
Transfers are subject to:
* Availability
* Constructionarium programme capacity
* Flight availability
* Accommodation availability
* Supplier terms
* Any additional costs caused by the change
Where a participant requests a change after travel arrangements have been confirmed, the participant may be responsible for additional costs resulting from that change.
12. REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANTS
Where a participant can no longer attend, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY may, at its discretion and subject to eligibility and supplier requirements, allow another eligible student to take the place.
A replacement is not automatically permitted.
The replacement participant must:
* Meet programme eligibility requirements
* Complete the required application and documentation
* Be accepted onto the programme
* Be able to satisfy travel requirements
* Complete all requirements within the available timeframe
Any airline name-change, travel, administration or other additional costs arising from the substitution may be payable by the original participant or sponsoring organisation.
13. UNIVERSITY, EMPLOYER OR SPONSOR-FUNDED PLACES
Where a university, employer, sponsor or other organisation pays for one or more participants, cancellation and refund arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement.
The organisation may be permitted to nominate a suitable replacement participant where sufficient notice is provided and programme requirements can still be satisfied.
Where a separate signed agreement contains specific cancellation provisions, those provisions will take precedence for the matters they cover.
14. CANCELLATION BY CONSTRUCTIONARIUM SAUDI BY CADREMY
If Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY cancels a participant's programme and no suitable alternative is offered and accepted, we will seek to refund the amounts paid for services that will no longer be provided, subject to applicable law.
Where appropriate, participants may instead be offered:
* Transfer to the other October cohort
* Transfer to a future programme
* Programme credit
* Another suitable arrangement
Participants will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable if cancellation becomes necessary.
15. CANCELLATION OR MATERIAL CHANGE BY CONSTRUCTIONARIUM
If Constructionarium in the United Kingdom cancels, postpones or materially changes the programme, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY will work with Constructionarium and affected participants to identify an appropriate solution.
Depending upon the circumstances, this may include:
* Alternative programme dates
* Transfer to another cohort
* Credit toward a future programme
* Refund of recoverable programme costs
* Another appropriate alternative
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law will continue to apply.
16. FLIGHT CANCELLATION OR DISRUPTION
Flights are provided by independent airlines and are subject to the relevant airline's terms and conditions.
If an airline cancels or materially changes a flight, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY will provide reasonable assistance in arranging an alternative.
Where the airline provides a refund, credit or alternative flight, that remedy may form part of the solution offered to the participant.
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY is not responsible for circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control but will take reasonable steps to support affected participants.
17. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
A programme may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including:
* Severe weather
* Natural disasters
* War or civil disturbance
* Government restrictions
* Border closures
* Public health emergencies
* Industrial action
* Major transport disruption
* Security incidents
* Changes to immigration requirements
* Closure of facilities
* Other exceptional circumstances
Where such an event occurs, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY will seek to minimise disruption and identify a reasonable solution.
The precise refund, credit or transfer available will depend on the circumstances, amounts recoverable from suppliers and applicable law.
18. CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE PARTICIPANT
Once flights, accommodation or other services have been booked, participant-requested changes may incur additional charges.
* Examples include:
* Changing travel dates
* Changing flights
* Changing passenger details
* Requesting different accommodation
* Changing cohort
* Additional personal travel arrangements
Any additional cost resulting from a participant-requested change will normally be the participant's responsibility.
19. UNUSED SERVICES
No refund will normally be provided for programme services that a participant chooses not to use after travel has commenced.
This may include:
* Flights
* Accommodation
* Transport
* Meals where included
* Programme activities
* Equipment
* Other included services
This does not affect rights arising where a service has not been provided as agreed.
20. REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAMME
A participant may be removed from the programme for serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour, illegal activity or serious/repeated failure to follow reasonable programme or safety instructions.
Where removal results from the participant's own conduct, unused programme costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The participant may also be responsible for additional accommodation, transport or return travel costs resulting from their removal.
21. HOW REFUNDS ARE CALCULATED
Where a refund is due, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY will provide an appropriate calculation taking account of:
Amount paid
LESS
* Non-refundable flights
* Non-refundable accommodation
* Constructionarium programme costs already committed
* UK transport costs already committed
* Other non-refundable supplier costs
* Reasonable costs already incurred where legally permissible
EQUALS

We will not deduct costs that have not actually been incurred, committed or otherwise legitimately become non-refundable.
22. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify:
* The payer

* Any alternative transfer or credit available

25. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or override any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.
26. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY may update this policy where programme arrangements, supplier requirements or applicable laws change.
The version applicable to a confirmed participant will normally be the version incorporated into or provided with their booking arrangements, subject to applicable law.
